This t is a compulsory subject taken by students in the third semester of the Government Science Study Program. This subject will discuss the constitutions and state institutions in Indonesia, since the earlier of Indonesian independence to the present, includes the political aspects of establishing and changing of the constitution of Indonesia, the contents of each constitution, the government system and state institutions based on each constitution as well.  This subject starts with an overview of the constitution and constitutionalism, state institutions as well.  Then, it discusses the development of government systems and state institutions based on the constitution that has been conducted in Indonesia. At the end of this subject, we will discuss several relevant actual cases.
